Securing a Property
Once you have decided on the property you'd like to rent, you need to put one weeks rent as a holding deposit. This will take the property off the market, no more viewings will be conducted and the property is reserved for you.
Administration & Management Fee
Contract variation, amendment or change of occupant at the tenant’s request within an existing tenancy£50.00. Default fee for lost keys or other respective security devices actual cost of replacement
Deposit & Rent
Usually Five weeks rent is required (unless otherwise requested by the landlord) as the security deposit and one calendar months rent must be paid before moving in. The security deposit will be held by the landlord through the tenancy. One calendar months rent is calculated as follows:
