Deposit & Rent

All utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. You should ensure all utilities are transferred to your name as soon as possible. Utility bills are not included in the rent of the property unless stated. Utility bills may include: Council tax, Electricity, Gas, Water, Phone and Internet.
